All tours sold by Incredible Voyages are subject to the following conditions:
Price and Product Accuracy
Incredible Voyages endeavor to provide accurate quotes and product descriptions for all our featured tours, hotel and activities. We reserve the right however to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without liability or prior notice. Fares and rates for airline tickets, hotels and other travel service providers as well as exchange rates fluctuate regularly therefore we recommend fast decisions to guarantee quote prices. Rates can be reviewed after the validity of the quotation expired.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Incredible Voyages is covered by Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance but travelers are advised to have a personal medical and/or travel insurance for travels to our regions, ideally including medical evacuation coverage if needed.
PASSPORTS AND VISAS:
(i) Passports
Please insure your passport is still valid for 6 months after departure and your visas are in order before your departure. Incredible Voyages cannot accept any responsibility should you be refused boarding or entry to a country for lack of correct documentation.
(ii) Passport Details
If applicable, please advice us of your passport details for visa processing/permits at least 15 working days in advance.
(iii) Visas
Check visa regulations to your intended destination with your Incredible Voyages Specialist from the beginning of the booking process.

Payments are to be made according to invoice and can be made by credit card or bank transfer. Bank charges levied by the sending bank, relating to transfers to Incredible Voyages, must be paid by the sender. Payment Procedures will be sent by your Incredible Voyages Specialist.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
A cancellation must be made in writing and acknowledged by Incredible Voyages. The following fees apply:
Any special policy or cancellation conditions of supplier services mentioned during the booking process overrule the above general policy (for example peak season deposits to secure a reservation)
ASSISTANCE & FEEDBACK:
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services while you are on your holiday, please contact immediately Incredible Voyages via our emergency number or by e-mail with our Travel Specialist in order for us to take immediate action. If you have feedback after the trip, we would like to hear from you on what was good and what can be improved
INCREDIBLE VOYAGES & THIRD PARTY SUPPLIERS:
Incredible Voyages is responsible for creating and booking tour services and otherwise acts as an agent for third party providers in all our destinations. It is our practice and assurance to conduct regular quality control of all suppliers we contract with, however we are not responsible for, and make no warranty or representation about, third party suppliers, their products and services.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER:
Incredible Voyages is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any third party suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom. Inredible Voyages is not liable in the event of any delay or default in your booked tour package and any loss or damage caused by unforeseeable conditions including, but not limited to, natural disasters, epidemics/pandemics, adverse weather conditions, fire, government restrictions, war, insurrections, riots, strikes, terrorist activity and/or any other cause beyond our, and our suppliers reasonable control and take no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays or re-routing, however we will ensure our best possible service to solve such a situation as it arises.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION:
At all points where we collect your personal information, we will store securely and not pass your data onto a third party. We may contact you occasionally with products and services related to Incredible Voyages. You may contact us at any time to access or amend your information or request not to receive further communication from us.
